Which episode is Rachel and Lisa in House of Cards?

The plot of Rachel and Lisa in House of Cards is in Season 1, Episode 10. Frank pretended to help Russell run for governor, because he used Russell to do a lot for him before, and then he was defeated, and finally he comforted him and let him leave quietly. Doug (Frank's confidant) arranged for Rachel to seduce Russell at the dinner party, get him drunk and put him to bed. The next morning, he screwed up his live telephone interview and left him with no hope of running for governor.
