Has the yellowstone lake Tunnel started?

At the centralized groundbreaking ceremony of key urban construction projects in the first quarter of 2022, it was learned that according to the comprehensive transportation network planning of Huangshi City, the Cihudi Tunnel will be built in Huangshi City.

The project is located in the downtown area of Huangshi, starting from Suzhou Road in the west, passing through Cihu Lake, and ending in Country Garden on the east bank of Cihu Lake in the northeast. The total length of the tunnel under the lake is about1.4km.
