Use of essential oil

The use methods of essential oil are: incense, inhalation, bath and massage.

1, incense method

This is the most popular and simple method, as long as 1-3 drops of essential oil are dropped into a censer filled with 8 minutes of hot water and heated with a natural environment-friendly smokeless candle. After the essential oil is heated, the highly volatile liquid in it gradually evaporates into gas.

2, inhalation method

Add 2-4 drops of essential oil to a washbasin filled with hot water, or add 2 drops of essential oil to a cotton handkerchief or pillow.

3. Aromatic bath method

Drop 3-5 drops of essential oil into warm water with a water temperature of about 42℃ every time for bathing.

4. Massage method

Essential oil has strong permeability, and can penetrate into subcutaneous tissue after massage for about 2 minutes.

The concentration of rose essential oil is between 1-3%, and the base oil is mainly composed of rose hip oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, grape seed oil, coconut oil and other vegetable oils, which can be single vegetable oil, mixed with various vegetable oils as required, and vitamin E can be added appropriately.
