She wears Ficus pumila and rides a red leopard in the mountains. She is the freest spirit in the world.
Shan Gui is my favorite Qu Yuan's Nine Songs, and Shan Gui is also one of my favorite mythological images. She has both the beauty and dreams of a fairy and the wildness and mystery of an elf. According to the most popular saying, she is a mountain god, but she can't be called a god because she hasn't been officially canonized by the Emperor of Heaven. She can only be called "Shan Gui". I remember that the mountain gods in The Journey to the West were mostly thin old men with white beards. By contrast, Shan Gui should be regarded as the most beautiful mountain god.
A Qing Gu Chengtian believed that Shan Gui was Yao Ji, the goddess of Wushan, and this view was recognized by Guo Moruo. Guo Moruo's explanation is that the word "Yushan" in the sentence "Take three beautiful scenery in the mountains" is Wushan, because the word "Xi" in Chu Ci has the function of "danger". If the mountain is not Wushan, then the word "jade" is a burden. Also, it is worth mentioning that the word "jade" was pronounced "witch" in ancient times. Guo Moruo's explanation is so convincing that the view that "Shan Gui is the goddess of Wushan" was quickly recognized by many people. Think carefully, how can a great writer like Qu Yuan leave a flaw in his works?
Compared with Shan Gui, the name of Wushan Goddess is louder. Most people have heard the story that "Chu Huaiwang met the goddess in her dream and the goddess recommended her pillow". The heroines in Song Yu's Gao and Goddess Fu are also Yao Ji, the goddess of Wushan.
Legend has it that Yao Ji is the daughter of the Emperor of Heaven. She helped Dayu control water and later became a protector of Chu people in goddess peak. There is also a saying that Yao Ji is the daughter of Emperor Yan and the sister of Jingwei (formerly known as a girl drowning and turning into a bird to fill the sea). She died before marriage and was buried at the foot of Wushan, and her soul became the god who guarded Wushan.
Qi Jing, a Poem of Mountain and Sea Zhongjing, records: "To the east, 200 miles is Guyao Mountain. The emperor's daughter died, named female corpse, and became Yao Cao. Her leaves turned yellow, but it was like a mound, and she was charming. " Soil ball, namely dodder, also known as female radish, is a vine, often attached to other plants.
I always felt that Yao Ji was wronged, and people didn't make any mistakes. Because of Chu Huaiwang's dream of spring, she suddenly fell from a high goddess to a * * * of "self-recommendation pillow mat", so that "Wushan sex" and "balcony door" became synonymous with men and women.
There is a passage in Song Yu's "Gao Tang Mi": "Once upon a time, the first king tried to visit Gao Tang and slept in the daytime, dreaming that a daughter said,' My concubine is also the daughter of Wushan. As a guest of Gaotang. Wen Jun visited Gaotang County and would like to recommend a pillow to you. "Wang Yinxing. When I left, I said,' My concubine is in the sun of Wushan, and the hills and valleys hinder me. When I was facing the clouds, it was raining at dusk. Morning and night, under the balcony. "
This passage describes Yao Ji's generosity. In the face of Chu Huaiwang, her gesture is also humble, which is not like the performance of a god. As we all know, this is just Chu Huaiwang's wishful thinking. Have you asked the goddess? Obviously not. Yao Ji's reputation was messed up and destroyed. And Song Yu also wrote a tidbit like the paparazzi now, saying that the goddess and Chu Huaiwang are like this, like this, like this, like this ... Plus Song Yu's writing style is really good. This scene is also in line with Yao Ji's image of "rain at dusk".

The image is endowed with great vitality by Qu Yuan, which is more flexible and vivid than other immortal images in Nine Songs, such as, Mrs. Xiang and Yun. She has the * * * nature of man, god and elf, infatuation, mystery and agility, but what attracts me most is her freedom. Dressed in the costumes of Ficus pumila, Laura, Shi Lan and Du Heng, she rode a red leopard in the mountains, followed by a "follower" Wen raccoon. The mountains are her territory, and she can be free and carefree.
Qu Yuan's "Nine Songs" is full of music songs offering sacrifices to immortals. For example, Shan Gui is dedicated to Shan Gui. Her experience is similar to that of Xiang Jun. She made an appointment with her lover and arrived at her destination happily, but her lover didn't come. She waited in the wind and rain until it was completely dark, and her heart began to feel sad and even desperate.
There is no doubt that Shan Gui is beautiful. She is surrounded by lush grass, with red leopards as mounts and literary raccoons as followers. She is beautiful, which can be said to be quite imposing. Women always want to appear in front of their lovers in the most beautiful image when dating. Shan Gui is beautiful enough to impress women, let alone men. It's a pity that her lover is too ungrateful, and the beauty has to stand up.

I believe in a word, women are more likely to fall in love than men, and so is the goddess. Xiang Jun can't wait for Mrs. Xiang, so she can comfort herself and leave with an open mind; Shan Gui couldn't wait for her lover, but she still waited and forgot to go home.
She collects ganoderma lucidum and fairy grass that can prolong life in the mountains. The rocks are steep and vines are entangled. As for why she picked Ganoderma lucidum, maybe like Xiang Jun, she wanted to give it to her lover. Kindness is like a mountain ghost, but I still have complaints about my lover.

I don't understand what Qu Yuan's real intention is. Why did he create a sad and lonely fairy image in those folk songs that offered sacrifices to meet the gods? Chu, where he lives, is a country full of myths and legends. People there believe in and respect the gods. In their minds, such as, Mrs. Xiang, Jun in the cloud, etc., must be beautiful in mountains and ghosts.
