According to my understanding of Buddhism, forgetting the memory of past lives is due to the different recombination factors of the body, but it is not completely forgotten but lurking in the depths of the brain. Some examples of reincarnation, a small number of people still remember their past lives, but is that really that person's memory? This is a very interesting question.
