1977 graduated from the folk music department of Shenyang Conservatory of Music and stayed as a teacher. 1978- 1979 Central Conservatory of Music (now China Conservatory of Music) for further study. 1979- 1985 teaching of guzheng specialty in the middle school attached to it. 1985- 1987 to study for a master's degree. 1987 graduated from Shenyang Conservatory of Music with a master's degree.

Yang Nanni studied under the famous guzheng players and educators Zhao Yuzhai, Cao Zheng and Professor Yan Li. He has performed in Thailand, Japan, Hong Kong and other countries and regions for many times, and held solo concerts in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Thailand and South Korea. Her creation pays great attention to the smooth and beautiful melody of music and the change of emotional ups and downs, and her works are spread at home and abroad. As a result, Hong Kong Yisheng Record Company recorded the album "Moonlight Love Song", and Bangkok Art Center of Thailand recorded the album "the Goddess Chang'e flying to the moon", which spread to China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, the United States and other countries and regions.
