Yes In the 14th Five-Year Plan published by Yongkang Municipal Government, the organic renewal of Nanyuan block (including the widening project of Yongkang River) was included in the 14th Five-Year Plan. Nanyuan plot is located in the south of Nanyuan Road, north of Huafeng Road, west of Lizhou South Road and east of Wei Zi South Road. It was built in the 1980s and is the largest old residential area in our city. There are many old residential areas in Nanyuan block, with outdated houses, backward supporting facilities, difficult parking and urgent demand for demolition and reconstruction.
