Preservation method of dried sweet potato

Dried sweet potatoes are called "dried sweet potatoes" in my hometown. I know two ways: boiling and steaming. The dried sweet potatoes made by these two methods are the favorite of potato lovers. So as long as there is a place to dry dried sweet potatoes, families can make dried sweet potatoes themselves, as follows:

The first method: put the sweet potatoes dug (bought) home under the shady eaves (balconies) for a few days, then clean the sweet potatoes, cook them in a pot together with the skins, then cut the sweet potatoes (peeled in some families and peeled in others) into strips or pieces with a knife, put them in a clean bamboo raft, and air them until they are six or seven minutes cooked, and then take them home for a day or two (frost) and continue to air them into dried sweet potatoes.

The second method:

1. Peel dried sweet potatoes and put them into water in time to prevent them from turning black;

2. Divide the peeled sweet potato into four to eight parts, put it in a boiling pot and cook it, then drain the water and put it on a bamboo raft to dry.

Don't throw away the water for boiling sweet potatoes. You can continue to cook sweet potatoes, or you can cook them (no sugar, no sugar! ), concentrate the sugar in boiling water for later use.

4. When the dried sweet potatoes are not dry (you can pick them up), put the dried sweet potatoes together and pour them with boiled concentrated water (point 3). At this time, it is still directly dried, but if it is steamed and dried for three times, the dried sweet potato will naturally taste better.

In short, there are simple and complicated ways to make dried sweet potatoes in rural areas, but no matter which method is used, dried sweet potatoes are especially delicious as long as they are made by themselves.
