Which emperor is Princess Zhu Huan?

The emperor in Princess Pearl is Emperor Qianlong, named Aisingiorro Li Hong, played by Zhang Tie-Lin.

Princess Zhu Huan tells the story of Gan Long's daughter Wei Zi going to Beijing to meet her long-lost father. In desperation, I met the female snitch, Swallow, and became sisters.
