Cuiping District's delicacies include Lizhuang white meat, Xufu villain, sprouts, sweet yellow vegetables, rose crape myrtle cakes and so on.

1, Lizhuang white meat: the full name is "Lizhuang white meat with minced garlic", and the pork from Changbai Mountain, York or Bashia is selected, with thin skin and tender meat, appropriate fat ratio, and various sauces, which are fragrant and refreshing, fat but not greasy.

2. Xu Fu's rotten eggs: made of old grain. It is famous for its soft and tender egg quality, bright color, long alcohol flavor and rich nutrition, and is deeply loved by the masses.

3. Germination: Shred fresh vegetables, dry them until the remaining leaves wither gradually, and then marinate them with seasoning. Its main characteristics are fragrant, crisp, sweet and tender.
