The fruit of Lagerstroemia indica is called capsule, which is nearly spherical and about 8 mm in diameter. It is divided inside, and Gerry is a seed with wings. When the fruit splits, the seeds are easily scattered. Sow in spring, rub the seeds, remove the wings at the edges, soak for 12-24 hours, cover with 0.5 cm of soil, and emerge in about 20 days.
