Brief Introduction of Nanjing Shen Lan Pump Industry Group

Since 1985 cooperated with German ABS Pump Company to produce the first domestic submersible sewage pump with international leading level, Shen Lan Group has adhered to independent innovation in science and technology, owned the core technology and leading fluid technology of submersible pump product research and development, and owned more than 40 national patents. The first national postdoctoral research center and Jiangsu enterprise academician workstation in domestic pump industry were established, and the Group Fluid Technology Research Institute was recognized as Jiangsu pump engineering technology research center and Jiangsu enterprise technology center. At present, there are 85 scientific and technological R&D personnel with bachelor's degree or above, including 2 personnel enjoying special allowance from the State Council, 2 members of the National Pump Technology Committee, 2 members of China Academy of Engineering, 3 postdoctoral students and 6 graduate students. It has completed the research and implementation of the national "863 Science and Technology Plan" and other projects, and is an enterprise that has passed the acceptance of the torch plan project of the State Science and Technology Commission and a technical support unit of the "submersible sewage pump" of the State Science and Technology Commission. 1998 implemented the national debt project and built the largest and most advanced fluid testing center in China. Especially in the industry, PDM technology, CFD flow field analysis technology and finite element analysis are applied to practical work for the first time. Through five-axis NC machining, the efficiency of product research and development is improved, and the technology is in the leading position in China, which has played a positive role in promoting the technical development of domestic pump and water treatment equipment industry. The State Council awarded the second prize of national scientific and technological progress and the honor of national inspection-free products, and Shen Lan brand trademark was recognized as a well-known trademark in China by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Shen Lan products radiate to 15 economic fields in 25 countries and regions. Widely used in the Three Gorges Project, Shenhua Group, Zhou Nan Guangzhou Water Supply Company, Xizhou Water Plant, Xi 'an Sewage Treatment Plant, Guilin Sewage Treatment Plant, Daqing Oilfield, Yangzi Petrochemical, Angang Group, Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, Guangzhou Metro, Nanjing Metro, Sydney Opera House and many other national key projects at home and abroad.

Shen Lan Group has the qualification of general contracting of municipal engineering and operation of environmental pollution control facilities. It has successively undertaken and successfully implemented dozens of municipal sewage projects, such as the general contracting project of Anda Sewage Treatment Plant in Heilongjiang Province, the complete equipment supply project of Changxing Island Sewage Treatment Plant in Dalian, Liaoning Province, the equipment supply and installation project of Linxian Sewage Treatment Plant in Shanxi Province, and the equipment supply and installation project of the northern sewage treatment plant in Dongying Port Development Zone in Shandong Province.
