There seems to be no difference between the acidity and alkalinity of traditional Chinese medicine. If it is its own acidity and alkalinity, then the general Chinese medicine is neutral. If it is similar to the acidity and alkalinity of food, animal Chinese medicines such as black-bone chicken, bird's nest and velvet antler are acidic, while other plant Chinese medicines are generally neutral or alkaline because they contain more alkaloids and minerals.
