I have gained a lot from studying Chinese medicine, and I initially know the meaning of "Tao" preached by art by teacher Yu, and think that I am open-minded and active, and my interests are monotonous and extensive. I always enjoy the present with a little pessimism.

Two things are certain. First, I will no longer try to convince people, whether religious, scientific, theoretical or institutional (internal or external). If I want to say anything, I will only say my own experience. Second, the road of Chinese medicine has been completed, which is impossible for Chinese medicine, and it is not possible to go astray by relying on one's own study. It is really impossible to be an ideal doctor. On the contrary, it is normal for Chinese medicine to deviate in the name of Chinese medicine in the market. What I learned was impartial, and what I did was slightly tortuous.

What we have seen in the past two months is really bleak. No matter how many documents can be found, Chinese medicine hospitals can't use drugs that can't be used in policy (according to the attending doctor, they use a prescription for external application of ascites due to liver cirrhosis, because Gansu is controlled, and even if Gansu is found, it can't be used). It is understandable that Pinellia ternata and aconite can't be used together in pharmacies, but it is really difficult to buy a raw Pinellia ternata in Guangzhou. I thought it would be easy to catch it if I used it often in my hometown.

I have troubled some teachers with Xu Yi's illness. Although it didn't reverse in the end, I really lack a thank you to them. Unexpectedly, from the aspects of prescription and external application, the final ideal effect (ascites elimination and balance) has not been achieved.

Because there was Jiao Hong fever on the tongue coating that day, I gave advice of Yuemai Decoction before moxibustion. It's no use asking me if I can go. I just stayed at home depressed. I don't want to give up what I have learned, and I don't want to invest too much in textual research. I promised to go there. If it is cured, Chinese medicine will go to the legal direction. If it can't be cured, forget it. Anyway, at home, relatives and friends treat for free, and there is often no feedback. It is easy to persuade melons and fruits to give up cold drinks, and few people recognize it. What's more, I seem to agree with you face to face, but I will go back as usual (as Yu Shi said, I will listen to you face to face, and the other doctors at the back said to eat more fruit, so they went to eat again. On the contrary, I argue with you face to face and don't listen to you. Only by accepting this view can I do well. In my opinion, although the diagnosis and prescription are recorded, many achievements have been made consciously, but there is a lack of long-term comparison. (Short-term curative effect is not a cure, but Chinese medicine can quickly correct symptoms, such as pain, discomfort and discomfort)

What really depresses me is my relatives, because I don't have a certificate, and I don't want to overstep my authority, so as not to be labeled as illegal medical practice and not to prescribe drugs to others. In Guangzhou, Fang Jie's younger brother found a famous doctor to treat low back pain all the year round, and the dosage was staggering, such as asarum and other powerful drugs, and there were many tonics. It's very expensive. You need to take it for a month every year. Adults are enough. When I came back, my cousin's child had just coughed, which was incurable, and the delay was a bit long. I didn't want to take the medicine I prescribed (it didn't taste good), so I went to a Chinese medicine hospital and prescribed it once. The prescription considered before and after going to Guangzhou (Yuepi decoction-ginger or jujube is not put in a hurry, but fortunately people are relatively comfortable because of sweating) has always been characterized by pain in the middle of the lower abdomen and drooling during sleep because of abdominal edema (acupuncture can slow down and moxibustion can also benefit water). At the same time, two alternative prescriptions (Shizao Decoction and Gansui Banxia Decoction) are considered.

In the face of serious illness, the mentality is still unstable. Specifically, one dose can't see obvious effect, so I will consider other prescriptions immediately. The next morning, I went to feel the pulse that I just got up in the morning (the pulse can be used later, but I didn't see it at other times, as the ancients said). It happened that I took the pulse potential from the past book and gave it to Wei Qisanhe Shenqi Pill (the decoction used). It didn't work, and then the risks of Shizao Decoction and Gansui Banxia Decoction were clarified, but Gansui, Bao Hua and raw Banxia required in the prescription were not purchased. Then I thought about it. If it weren't for the hesitation and worry about considering the prescription and substitutes, I would use Gansui Banxia Decoction anyway. I don't know if this is my luck or misfortune. If the ascites didn't rise so fast, I should be able to take Wei Pingsan and Shenqi Pills slowly according to the book of Teacher Wang Yu.

Later, I tried the prescription, which not only included the bottom prescription of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction (three times, the prescription turned yellow, but increased the frequency of defecation, making the patient uncomfortable-getting up frequently at night). Ask Mr. Chen for help, Zhenwu decoction, soup, the conventional prescription for removing ascites, and Dr. Yuan who uses the external application method from the first line of the common external application method of Ranunculus terrestris.

I have gone home, and I can't defecate. According to Liu Jiaoshou's medical records, Rehmannia glutinosa was reused and five herbs were made by himself. Rehmannia glutinosa 120g for defecation.

As the academic school is studying and doing now, it digs graves for Chinese medicine, thinking that the reason why it didn't work was that it didn't find acupoints and positions, and then tried it in Taichong and Qimen. According to the feedback, it is invalid (although I still insist, according to my experience, Dr. Yuan is indeed somewhat ineffective).

Last time, Fang Jie wanted to take ascites again. I really wanted to stop it at that time, and let me use Gansui Banxia Tombo. I told you, I went to get it anyway. Probably because of the psychological failure of these methods and the mistake of external application of Ranunculus ternatus. However, before pumping ascites, Xiaojianzhong Granule and Guifu Dihuang Pill were used successively because of sudden body pain. On that day, a lot of water flowed out of the water outlet, and with the pain in the middle of the cup, Fang Jie might worry about pulling out jelly-like feces. () I judge that it is not good to vomit a lot, and jelly-like feces are relatively better). Later, due to urinary tract infection, Guifu Dihuang Pill was stopped to protect kidney qi (the Chinese medicine caught in Guangzhou was not as good as that in Sichuan), and a small amount of cold medicine was given to stop the yellow smell of urine. After all, Fang Jie was critically ill when he went to Leshan to get medicine himself, and was sent to the hospital for testing. I still don't understand these things of western medicine (defecation is common, why blood ammonia is high).

It's also a pity that I tried several times to get rid of ascites with traditional Chinese medicine, but it didn't work once (even Ten Jujube Soup or Gansui Banxia Soup-the medical record was also cured with Gansui Banxia Soup), and the hepatitis B drug Endicarb, which I wanted to stop taking, never stopped.

There is no way to change the common phenomenon of people now, and I don't want to change it. My knowledge is limited, but I know ascites is not good. (I can't explain the same qi and blood clearly. But I can't make it clear from the medical theory and thinking of traditional Chinese medicine, nor can I point out that it is not good from the thinking of western medicine. I can hardly stop taking this medicine while studying with Mr. Sun. ).

If someone had told me before that Chinese medicine was empirical medicine, I would have disagreed, but now I can only say that we all learn Chinese medicine from the experience of our ancestors. Even though I still think that the medical theory of TCM is based on people's own practice, and I respect the movement of the whole qi when using it, I don't have a set of deep feelings to convince anyone, so I can only make some guesses from my own experience and what I have seen and heard.

The system is here, and the people are there. The medical skill of Chinese medicine will not be better than that of ancient times. At least Xu Yi's pulse didn't stop. Even if she used controlled Chinese medicine, it was useless for various reasons. In the future, the field of Chinese medicine is indeed worse than one generation. Remember more, the method of learning Chinese medicine by academic school today is the final destination of Chinese medicine in the future, not higher. Treatise on Febrile Diseases advocates experimental dialectical classification, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, ignoring cold and heat of Yin and Yang, and expecting to abandon these theoretical frameworks of ancestors. Being a doctor is better than keeping in good health, and being a beauty is better than being a beauty. People's desires are different. Many good crafts (reflexology has been reduced to health care), and a series of good things of Dacheng Massage are constantly absorbed and changed by foreign theories (the changes that cannot be absorbed can only be hidden in books). It seems that the era when all leaks are bitter has passed, and it seems that the quality of material life and desire are much higher than before. However, individuals pay less and less attention to the overall connection between some of the body's own perceptions and subtle differences.

The same is true of two wisdom teeth, which are very painful when they grow skin. Once the skin breaks and bleeds, the pain basically stops after a few days. So later, when my cousin's wisdom teeth were relieved with Chinese medicine, they were stopped from being pulled out, and the pulse condition was suitable for attachment, so that they could tonify the kidney. It doesn't matter if it grows out of broken skin.

I hate the superstitious behavior of my mother's relatives at home. Instead, I saw a lot of goods and asked the blind master to do a calculation and communicate by phone. I just signed up for my eight characters and talked a little, which was close. This is actually the second fortune-telling with money. Because of contact with Chinese medicine, I learned eight-character numerology and Wei Zi's number-fighting through five movements and six qi, and downloaded two softwares on my mobile phone. Sometimes I like to have a look. Last year, a senior in Puyang Temple studied this area, and she was very confused. In addition, Taoist temples often ask Taoist priests to treat her with eight characters, so I casually asked her to help me calculate, and I didn't feel so clear today (right). In fact, I don't feel much about whether it counts or not. On the contrary, if I can find a real way of life, I may solve it. (Shallow thought of general life and death, according to today's religious understanding: past lives are meaningless, even if you don't remember everyone's past lives now, what does it have to do with yourself now? In the next life, even if you have done bad things or good things in this life or even before, you will not remember all kinds of things in this life in the next life. Even if you do, it basically doesn't matter. In addition, I don't agree with what the six divisions in The Wheel of Karma said. On the other hand, the yogi is married, and I don't understand why the elder brother or fortune teller I met in the Taoist temple still advised me according to the views of ordinary people. Marriage is the fruit of the future, and marriage and family are the biggest fruit industry. According to this understanding, it should be inappropriate. Now the world is chaotic, and the ecological environment of the earth, if we look at the earth according to the logic of ancient Chinese medicine, we regard the earth as a human system. Today's earth, kidney essence (oil and other substances) is exhausted, and lungs are not good (air pollution, acid rain and so on. ), spleen and stomach (garbage accumulation on the surface and in the ocean), if animals and plants are regarded as human microorganisms, the "spleen, stomach and lungs" of the earth are not very good, and people eat too well, leading to many diseases of wealth.

The paradox of logic can only say that the road to practice does not know where to go under the current system. Moreover, the words of many practitioners are also looking for reasonable things and philosophical logic of things in society while coveting the "immortal system I think is unnecessary" of practice.

It's also my belief. I believe in the original meaning of religious propaganda, so why ask people to change their lives and know the pros and cons? You can't change it. There's no point in forgetting. If so, how much involvement will change? However, fortune tellers believe that fate can be changed and stopped, but they can't help but grasp their greed and distractions. There are ups and downs in a person's life, and the life that can be changed is only what you did when you should have met. Anyway, there is nothing wrong with persuading people to do good in the direction of domestic religion, but according to my growing experience, some of these superstitions of my mother's relatives have no effect at all, and the change in the result is considered luck, so many people pray for a change in fortune, so it is better to prepare for it themselves.

However, the religious school itself started from life and death and desire. Why do people who help secular people have to take advantages and disadvantages as the standard and solve "impermanence" as the virtue?

Many people don't understand and can't communicate unexpectedly. Now it seems that the study of Chinese medicine can be done, but there is no need to do the things of Chinese medicine. This is because of Yijinjing, but I am not as sad as a rabbit who died when I was a child. I feel cruel when I see killing chickens. Life and death are common and a destination.

There is no chance to pass it on, and I also feel that I have a little wisdom, but that's because the truth of my ancestors is really simple and easy to use, and I just face it squarely. Not even trying. I can only guess what I don't know, not what I want. Other people who firmly believe don't believe it, so it's better to cultivate one's morality and cultivate one's sexuality. Looking for some physical changes, although it may be futile.
