These three investigation tasks were collected in the underground mining camp in the dialogue with Haidif.

Investigation of layered fungi: there is at least one mushroom in the backpack, and then eight mushrooms are found and sent to Haidif.

Investigation of aquatic environment: There should be "strange things" in the backpack. The method of obtaining them is shown below. After delivery, go to the designated place to place items, activate them with water elements, and then defeat the monster hunter lizard.

Investigation of ancient creatures: There is at least one "photo of strange stone" in the backpack. The location of fossil photos is shown below.
