"Benevolent Doctor under the Starry Sky" was jointly produced by Hong Kong TV and TVB, starring Kevin Cheng, Kenneth Ma, Linda Chung, Zhou Jiayi and Luo Ziyi. The play focuses on the daily work of pediatricians and tells the story of several pediatricians' separation and integration.

Twenty years ago, two pediatric interns, Kuang () and Xu Ganfeng (), were separated by an operation. In the past, Cong Xin worked as a pediatric surgery consultant in the top hospital "Anne Hospital", while Gan Feng, who was committed to defending his life, settled in a second-tier hospital. They parted ways, but met again because of a liver transplant operation, and their fate was connected from then on.

He tried to force Gan Feng to join Anne Hospital, and then found his former comrades-in-arms Zhang Yixin (Linda Chung) and Mai Haiqi (Zhou Jiayi) to form a perfect team. The purpose was to piece together the blueprint and pave the way for the construction of the first "Pediatric Center" in Hong Kong. After experiencing the life and death story of the sick child, the original incompatible heart and Gan Feng gradually untied the knot.

Actor Kevin Cheng, deputy consultant physician of pediatric surgery in Anne Hospital. Gan Feng is a consultant doctor of pediatric surgery in Northwest New Territories Hospital. Once, a sick child who had been followed up for many years had an accident and needed a liver transplant urgently. Unfortunately, the monthly quota of liver replacement in Northwest Hospital was used up, and Gan Feng was forced to turn to the leading hospital for help.

Results The sick child was successfully rescued, but the only monthly quota for liver exchange in Northwest Hospital was cancelled, and future operations needed to be combined with Anne Hospital.
