1. When finding a fire, call the police calmly, quickly, concisely and accurately;

2. After calling the fire alarm, the detailed address of the fire unit, community, street, house number or village should be made clear;

3. Explain what caught fire and how it caught fire;

Anyone who finds a fire should call the police immediately. Any unit or individual shall provide convenience for the alarm free of charge and shall not block the alarm. It is forbidden to lie about the fire alarm.

When a fire breaks out in a crowded place, the on-site staff of the place shall immediately organize and guide the evacuation of the people present.

In case of fire in any unit, we should immediately organize forces to put out the fire. Peripheral units should give support.

After receiving the fire alarm, the fire brigade must immediately rush to the scene of the fire to rescue the people in distress, eliminate the danger and put out the fire.
