Stir-fry the white sauce

White sauce is the basic sauce of western food.

Baked vegetables need white sauce, such as cream mushroom soup and cream stew. The steps of frying white sauce are as follows:

Add 30 grams of butter to melt, pour in a spoonful of flour and stir-fry slowly until the raw taste of flour disappears and the batter becomes fragrant.

Add milk in batches while stirring.
