Why is it called "Qingcheng Mountain"? One saying is that Qingcheng Mountain is lush with trees, like a green castle, hence the name "Qingcheng Mountain". Qingcheng Mountain is located in the southwest of Dujiangyan City, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, 68km east of Chengdu City and10km southwest of Dujiangyan Water Conservancy Project. The scenic spot covers an area of 200 square kilometers, and the highest peak, Laojunge, is 1.260 meters above sea level. Qingcheng Mountain is divided into front mountain and back mountain. Surrounded by undulating peaks and lush forests, it enjoys the reputation of "Qingcheng is quiet in the world".
