Man is the spirit of all things, the spirit is in the heart, and the heart is the potential. Spirit is light, which is invisible to the naked eye. Although invisible to the naked eye, it is everywhere. This kind of thing is the real spirit. Man is the product of space and is naturally generated, so man has natural roots. The so-called natural generation is because the spirit is formed by the third substance produced by the intersection of fire, water and lightning, and exploded under photosynthesis. Therefore, Guan Ling is also called aura, because it is beyond the ordinary speed of light, invisible to the naked eye, and it has spirit. The spirit is buried in people's hearts, which is the potential of people; Developing people's potential consciousness is to open people's spiritual world. People have their own spiritual world and their own spirituality. So, what is human spirituality? Man's spirituality is advanced consciousness, also called advanced prediction and advanced induction; Nobody told you, nobody told you, but you felt it in advance. This advanced induction is human spirituality. So where does this sense of being ahead come from? Since man is the product of space, the spirituality of higher consciousness also comes from space. The universe is a nature, and there is a great spiritual world in nature. This great spiritual world is where many great awakens put their wisdom information into the three-dimensional intelligent space. This cosmic space full of intelligent information is called the spirit world. When people open their spiritual world to coincide with the big spiritual world of the universe, they will open up a new field, that is, although you are still a material person, you have unlimited wisdom and outstanding consciousness, and you will unconsciously cultivate your spirit to a natural state; Restore people to their natural state and open their inner spiritual world. If you don't open the spiritual world of people, you are still people. Open people's spiritual world, and you will surpass people. The spiritual world is a boundary of the universe and a living area of the spirit. Although we are on the earth, since everyone is a product of space, we should keep pace with the universe. Then, cultivation itself is to open our own spiritual world and connect our spiritual world with the spiritual world of space wisdom. I think that when people are connected with the big spiritual world of the universe, they are not connected with the spiritual world, but the spiritual world is connected with people; If the spiritual world doesn't understand you, it's because you are unclean, you haven't reached the natural image, and your heart, mind, mind and mind still have hope; As long as your consciousness, mind and life are all transformed into nature, your mind is as open as the universe, and nature is in the spirit. I'm afraid I can't beat you mentally? The key question is whether you really enter inaction. As long as you are doing one thing, you can't open the spiritual world, and people can't be spiritual. Spirit and man are the products of the same period; When people are alive, the spirit is naturally alive. Then, there are unknowns in nature, which are the impermanence of lightning and thunder, and the impermanence of human beings. We can turn these two unknowns into natural laws and connect them naturally; If it can't be transformed, it will never work, and it will not meet. There are many places to say. How do you know that there are many spiritual places in people? For example, for example, I was working here when my heart suddenly moved. Oh, no, something's coming. Is this spirit? Who can see this spirit? Although people have this spirituality, they have not been developed. People want to be psychic, but they can't. We practice not for channeling, but to tap people's potential ability, let people open their own spiritual world and let the spirit naturally connect with people; People don't have to be psychic on purpose, but it is wrong and promising for people to be psychic on purpose. The purpose of opening the spiritual world is to make people well informed, in the spiritual world. This is cultivation. This is a complete road to practice. Let's see if we can go down this road. Since there is a spiritual world in the heart and a spiritual world in the three-dimensional space, why don't we go to the spiritual world with our own bodies? I'm not satisfied. Because we have all other conditions, what we don't have is that we are not good enough. We don't care whether we can reach the spiritual world. If we can't reach the spiritual world now, there is still a chance. We must solve it. So, the spiritual world is far away, can it be reached? It's enough if you can't reach it. Secondly, what is your understanding of shallow sleep, medium sleep, big sleep and round sleep? The process of feeling. What kind of process is sleep? The first is a little sleep beyond people's scope, that is, people with initial consciousness. There is a line between a nap and a nap. People who have a little sleep are above people and are well-oriented. Good people don't argue, those who know don't speak, and those who think don't answer. Why? Because I feel in the light, the wise man doesn't answer and laughs it off; The argument itself is unknown, so the good does not know; The debater is unknown, the wise man does not argue, and he is completely good; Perception has its own area and scope, and its scope is called boundary. Although it can't be said to be a big spiritual world, it also belongs to the spiritual world. Dajue is a big spiritual world, which contains countless spiritual bodies and is a complete large area. Jue Yuan includes three bodies, four brains, five eyes and six senses. People don't realize the need for a management process. So, we don't know whether we have reached the level of consciousness. It doesn't matter if I don't know, then I will naturally give you a check number according to your actions, and you can calculate where you are right. As the saying goes, if you hold your head up three feet, there is a god. If you want to be unknown, you must do it yourself. Although these are some common sayings, they are not necessarily unfounded; Although these are all words to persuade goodness, human nature lies in goodness. So always check the numbers with your senses, and checking the numbers is the destination. This check number is for yourself, otherwise you will never admit it. Small meaning, middle meaning, great meaning and round meaning have far-reaching connotations, reaching the boundless legal world; Intimate, soul mate. Greater than boundless dharma, less than a grain of dust, in the heart of self. Since science studies the spiritual world, how can it communicate with the spiritual world? People launch various instruments to receive intelligent information from the spiritual world, but they don't receive it, and they don't necessarily understand it. Guess what the difference is? I don't think any machine will work. As far as human spirit is concerned, man is the spirit of all living things. The human spirit is an invisible beam of light. Invisible doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Then, people who practice sleep will cultivate special spirits, and their spirits are beyond what most people say. The spirit world rules the world. This is not because the spiritual world wants to dominate, but because the spiritual world has mastered the law of the development of the universe thousands and tens of thousands of years in advance. They are people with great senses and wisdom. In order to cultivate the spirit and not make it disappear, they let people keep a part of it. In order to keep the spiritual part, people are conscious and can speak and do things. However, because of people's tossing, a rolling world of mortals is tossed; In order to truly preserve the spirit, people have to repair it, so as to grasp the various operating laws of the universe in advance. So these four people in Turin are more spiritual than we are now. Thirdly, how to explain the cultivation of god, yuan god, sex god and destiny god? We can be said to be primitive people. Why do you call cultivating gods primitive people? Because it is the first generation, practitioners do not practice. Yuan gods can be distributed, why? Because after the rebirth of Yuan God, it was divided into two parts, a sex god and a life god. Sex God has genes, life God has mathematics, Yuan God has spirituality, and cultivation God has land. Self-cultivation can gradually make people have four gods, which is a process that must be experienced in returning to simplicity, otherwise how can people practice? What's wrong with playing mahjong and drinking to watch ants climb trees? Spiritual cultivation is essentially a by-product of Yuan God. Shen Yuan is the best. He has spirit. It knocks down the cultivation of God and keeps it from being consumed. Sex gods want to consume this practice and do everything possible to consume that practice. If it consumes this practice, people will be gone. God has a number, cares nothing, complains nothing, and acts according to his own number. It is the laziest. We practice to break the fate of God, and only by breaking can we change our lives. Otherwise, we will still follow the old routine: just hang out, that's all. How many people really practice? You can all do it then. I'll get a straw. I never wanted to break myself. If I really break my destiny, my destiny is gone. Is there anyone who is truly enlightened? Has anyone changed their lives? If you don't count yourself, you have to count. I don't know if I really practice, but if I know how to count, don't ruin myself, because knowing how to count is a sign of God's stubbornness. The sex god is the most unique, always in selfish desires. Although the Yuan God has a spirit, he is stupid, unable to touch the outside world, delaying the sex god, unable to get through to the sex god, knowing nothing and not moving inside. Therefore, the essence of cultivating the mind is to start Yuan Shen, and once Yuan Shen understands it, everything will be easy. However, it doesn't matter if it doesn't understand. It can ventilate Shen Yuan and Shen Xiu. When they ventilate, they will drive people away, ask you to fix it, ask you to change it, and punish you if you make a mistake. This is the role of their combination. It is really difficult to unify them, because both of them understand nature and are destined to be obsessed with mathematics and reason, while the sex god is alone in desire, which is too big and too deep to say. The field we want to develop is the field of Shen Yuan, which is a natural field. Because the human mind is divided, when Yuan God and Shen Xiu merged, they mastered the main line of human beings and ignored everything else, prompting the sexual god to change; With the unity of the four gods, people will never stop practicing and will never die. At this time, people recognize reason and Tao. People have feelings as soon as they get on the road. This is the first feeling, that is, a small feeling. People feel that they can't get on the road, even if they get on the road, they have to get off the road. Self-cultivation should control the sexual god, who always thinks things intentionally or unintentionally. He thinks about whether it is good or bad, and he is afraid that the bad will come. I had this experience a few years ago: we can go to bed early tonight without knocking at the door. Come on! Half an hour later, bang bang, someone came. What shall we do? Then I stopped thinking about it, and no one knocked at the door. Facts show that people will play tricks on themselves; Don't think about things, don't play tricks on things, do one thing wholeheartedly and try to change yourself. This is called rectification. I also told you about the relationship, function and operation of the four gods. Just fix it carefully. In the process of repair, we should eliminate sex and desire, break numerology and connect with repair; Let Shen Xiu out and put him back. Fourth: uncomfortable, accept, hold and endure. Why don't these people hitch a ride? There are gains and losses, there are gains and losses. In fact, as long as you live, you have to bear, you have to bear. Some people say: I don't accept it. Don't you understand? Do you know cold and hot? Eat and sleep? What is unacceptable? I don't care, I don't care about anything, I don't accept it. Don't you understand? Sooner or later, you will grow old and die. Is that unbearable? You said you didn't suffer, that's muddle. Just because of the appearance of this word, people have resentment, regret, dispute and hatred. So, where is the root of acceptance? It's being repaired. If people want to suffer, they have to repair themselves. Why? Because practice can make you have no regrets, no arguments and no complaints, eliminate anger, anxiety and fire, and truly reach nature; If resentment, regret, dispute, hatred, anger, urgency and fire can't go away, people will suffer. For example, when people have grievances, they will say: I am so unlucky with you and suffer this punishment. Can not do without this word; If people have less happiness and more troubles, it is trouble and mental torture. At this time, you need a normal heart, and you can afford to eat some bitterness. How can I stand it? Can endure the pain first. As the name implies, suffering is not difficult, and the difficulty lies in suffering. How can it be easy? Enlightenment is not difficult, and it is willing; It's hard not to be enlightened. Enlightenment, enlightenment life, enlightenment will solve the distress. So, what is acceptance? There will be all kinds of things between people. Whether a yogi can accept these things shows how the practice is progressing. To be able to accept, but also to accept happily, that is the person who cultivates himself. People live by mutual support, and mutual support means mutual acceptance. This kind of acceptance is not only accepted by insiders, but also by outsiders. Acceptance is accompanied by a person's life, not only endless, but also accepted everywhere. Self-cultivation means accepting, willing or not. For example, you are just a younger brother, and the couple are getting divorced. I sent a telegram asking you to adjust quickly. Will you answer it? Not if you don't accept it. Oh, I'm his brother. I have to go. You can't accept it if you want. So, how can we accept it willingly? I have an idea. You have to take it if you don't take it, and you have to take it if you don't take it. You better do your best. This way can liberate you. Everything is man proposes, God disposes. You've said everything you need to say, you've said everything you need to do, and you're exhausted. No regrets. For another example, once something goes wrong at work, the leader comes to you and criticizes you, even if it's none of your business. You will feel wronged, and if you can't get through it, you will feel very unlucky, which is not good for you for so long. When this happens, you must think back. When something goes wrong, the leader still has to say that everyone is saying that others are angry and I am better than others. If I am not angry, I will be called me. This kind of acceptance is a willing acceptance; If you are willing to relax, if you are unwilling, there will be burdens and pressures, and it will be very hard, very hard and very distressing. Let's not do that. Our discontent and laughter will soon become too strong, which reflects the correction of one word. Holding is given to you by God. If you don't hold it, you have to hold it. It's not easy. Just because your son calls you dad, you have to care if you don't. You should not only take care of it, but also take care of everything that happens to you. There are many connotations: mutual support, family support, father-son support, and support in all aspects. What is the real appreciation? You can endure and let go, do what you should do, without it, you will be miserable. Your son is getting married. If you don't go forward, you have to go forward. If you don't accept it, you have to endure it. If you want to do it, do it. If not, put up with it. He is your son. I think, if the word "qingshou" is really affordable, at least we should get rid of our selfish desires and we can't live without them. Why? Because what you enjoy is in private ownership, getting rid of private ownership is nothing more than getting rid of economic desire, otherwise you will always have burden and pressure; Abandon selfish desires, hold on to the rest and do what you have to do. This is what you can tolerate and let go. Bearing is purely a concept of repair. Why is the concept of repair? Because what we cultivate is to find our own guilt; Since you are looking for your own sin, you have to bear it yourself; I think if you don't want to bear it yourself, you are a fool and a fool. What do you think is the most selfish thing about people? I think the most selfish thing for people is to own themselves and do it for themselves. You said: I am not for myself, I am for my son and daughter. For your son and daughter, not yourself? There are countless destinations in a yogi's endurance, and I think it is worthwhile to endure for the destination. To cultivate yourself, we must first see whether this bearing value is worth it. If it's not worth it, we don't have to bear it. If it is worth it, we will bear it, and we will bear it willingly. Don't say the word bear if you don't want to. Tolerance is also a process of self-adjustment, which is called tolerance. So, what's the use of suffering? What are the benefits? What's the use, what's the benefit, let time speak, and only let time speak; You let me say that it's just my feelings, and my feelings can't be synchronized with everyone; If you want to really feel, feel yourself. Since time can test the truth, it is necessary to undertake the transition of time, and only time can prove it. Not much, in another 20 years, we will still be like this, and we will be invited to introduce the experience of health and longevity. Although time can tell everything, our current practice has already experienced the transition of time in advance. My mood now is indefinite, and life will never be old. Practice has proved that as long as people master the laws of nature and make use of them in advance, people will not only be old, but also become healthier, younger and more alive. This is normal. Although meditation is simple, people often cannot afford it. Why can't you afford it? Because I feel like I am meditating every day, when is the end? Some people also ask, when is meditation unnecessary? I said it's not over yet. Just hang in there and be comfortable for a while. Bears are entirely your own business. As long as you are willing to repair and try your best to bear, you will definitely have a home. Self-cultivation means self-management, self-acceptance and self-seeking.
