How to feed pigs with biogas slurry?

Feeding pigs with biogas slurry is a technical measure to promote pig growth by using biogas slurry as an additive under conventional feeding conditions. It not only has fast growth speed and high feed conversion rate, but also reduces feed consumption and opens up new feed sources, which is a safe technology to use.

Characteristics of (1) biogas slurry for raising pigs

① Comprehensive nutrition. Biogas manure is rich in nutrients such as glucose, fructose, fatty acids, amino acids and their derivatives, and contains trace elements necessary for human body such as iron, zinc, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, nickel and sulfur.

② No pollution. Anaerobic fermentation kills pathogenic bacteria and parasitic eggs.

③ The feeding method is simple, the materials are convenient and the effect is obvious.

④ The growth rate is fast, the fattening period is shortened, the slaughter rate is increased and the cost is reduced by 35%.

(2) Method of feeding pigs with biogas slurry

(1) When feeding pigs, you should use the intermediate biogas slurry in the discharge room of the biogas digester with good gas production and no toxic substance pollution, take out an appropriate amount of intermediate biogas slurry from the discharge hole of the biogas digester with a dung spoon or other containers, precipitate for 0.5 ~ 1 hour, and put it into the feed for stirring. The mixed feed can be stored for 3-5 minutes in summer, 5- 10 minutes in spring and 10- 15 minutes in winter. The main purpose is to let biogas slurry penetrate into feed, on the other hand, to volatilize its ammonia smell. When adding biogas slurry at first, if pigs are not used to the smell of biogas slurry, a small amount of biogas slurry can be added to the feed, and the amount of biogas slurry can be increased appropriately after adaptation.

② Because of the different growth and development stages of pigs, their weight, feed intake and feeding habits are also different. Therefore, the addition of biogas slurry should also be suitable for pigs. Generally, it is divided into three stages: first, the piglet stage (weight below 25 kg). Piglets at this stage generally do not need to add biogas slurry, even if they do, they should add a small amount. The second stage is the shelf pig stage (weighing 25 ~ 50 kg). At this stage, the pigs' bones developed rapidly and gained weight, so they began to add biogas slurry. The dosage of biogas slurry was about 0.5 kg each time, 3 ~ 4 times a day. If a small amount of bone meal and fish meal are added to the feed, the weight gain effect will be more significant. The third stage is fattening (50 ~ 100 kg). At this stage, pigs are fully developed, eat a lot and gain weight quickly, so the amount of biogas slurry should be increased to about 1 kg every time. Three times a day. When the pig's weight reaches above 100 kg, although biogas slurry feed can be added, the weight gain rate will slow down. When it exceeds 120 kg, the weight gain rate is not much different from that of daily feeding. If you don't slaughter for a long time, you can stop adding biogas slurry.

(3) mixing the feed and biogas slurry to be semi-dry and semi-wet. If the amount of biogas slurry is not enough, additional water can be added, and the feed is subject to whether the pigs are left after eating. The amount of biogas slurry added each time should be controlled according to the concentration of biogas slurry, and biogas slurry can be added less if the concentration is large. Never eat more when you watch a pig like it, or add less or even nothing if you don't like it, which will disrupt the pig's taste adaptability and be very unfavorable to the pig's growth.
