Under normal circumstances, it is not feasible to plant trees if the land is contracted in the main seedling producing areas, because the investment recovery period of planting trees is too long.

Principles of land selection for nursery: flat terrain, low groundwater level, convenient roads, free passage of carts over 9.6 meters, mainly clay balls, preferably within 200 kilometers from big cities. The farther away from big cities and major nursery stock producing areas, the cheaper the land contract fee. On the contrary, try not to plant labor-intensive seedlings, and it is best to give priority to trees.

2. Selection of seedling varieties:

The main varieties of seedlings produced in the main seedling producing areas in China are different, so it is best to do a market survey. For example, Nanyang, the main seedling producing area in Henan Province, is mainly rich rose nutrition cups. Greening in Zhouzhi nursery stock producing area of Shaanxi Province is dominated by Photinia rubra, Berberis rubra, Prunus mume and Prunus humilis. When I was working in a landscaping company, I went to many nursery stock producing areas and found a phenomenon. Basically, the seedlings near the main producing areas are very close to big cities, and the seedlings are basically nutritious cup seedlings and tufted shrubs, which are very convenient to sell. Nursery about 200 kilometers away from big cities, the land contract fee is relatively cheap, the price is between 500-800 yuan. Basically, they are mainly trees that cultivate "street trees". Shaanxi mainly includes Sophora japonica, aesculus chinensis, five-pointed maple and Luan tree. The principle of variety selection is: large sales volume, easy management, high value and low market risk. I take the northern nursery stock producing area as an example.

Tree species are selected as follows: Sophora japonica, Ligustrum lucidum, Luan tree, Gleditsia sinensis, Acer truncatum Bunge, and Aesculus chinensis. Generally, finished trees with a diameter of 5 cm are selected and planted in a long distance, with a fixed stem of 2.8 meters. If you invest a lot in the early stage, you will get benefits in five years, and the benefits will be stable and considerable. The advantage is that with the growth of tree age, the benefits are getting better and better.

Select nutrition cup seedlings: Photinia rubra, Prunus humilis, Buxus macrophylla and Ligustrum microphyllum. The advantage of planting cup seedlings is that the investment in the current year will have benefits in the second year. The disadvantage is that it can't be sold for three years, so it can only burn firewood.

3. How much is it?
