What are the three mountains?

There are several sayings about the Three Mountains.

Talking about Huangshan Mountain, Lushan Mountain and Yandang Mountain

There are also three fairy mountains in the East China Sea: Yingzhou, Penglai and Abbot;

There is also a Buddhist saying that the three mountains and five mountains are not the original intention of the famous mountains now, but refer to Lodi Gambu and the Seven Palaces. Sanshan refers to the left, middle and right armed forces of Kunlun Army. The Five Mountains refer to the five palaces hidden behind them. Together, they are the eight poles of the world.

Five holy mountains

It means Dongyue Taishan Nanyue Hengshan Xiyue Huashan Beiyue Hengshan Zhongyue Songshan.

Mount Taishan in Dongyue stands in the middle of Shandong Province, Mount Hengshan in Nanyue is located on the bank of Xiangjiang River in the northern margin of Hengyang Basin in Hunan Province, Huashan in Yun Xi County, Shaanxi Province, Mount Hengshan in Beiyue in the northeast of Shanxi Province, and Mount Songshan in Zhongyue stands in the west corner of Yudong Plain in Henan Province.
