Who's san huang?

The three officials refer to heavenly officials, local officials and water officials.

The local official emperor, the full name is "Qing Ling Emperor, Qing Ling Emperor, the official cave spirit who was exempted from crimes for seven years in the Central Plains", also known as the local official, Xu Qingdi, the official Xu Qingdi who was exempted from crimes in the Central Plains. He is one of the three Taoist officials. Local officials are composed of Yuan-Dong mixed spirits and Qing-Huang knots. He is in charge of Emperor wuyue, the real people of wuyue and those who cherish the immortal way. Legend has it that "local officials forgive sins." The fifteenth day of the seventh lunar month is the birthday of local officials. People call this day the Mid-Autumn Festival. On this day, people have the custom of offering sacrifices to their ancestors and pray for local officials to forgive the sins of their ancestors. It is also a day to offer sacrifices to all the dead.

3. Shui Guan is a fairy in China folklore. The emperors of the three officials, namely the heavenly officials, the local officials and the water officials, are also called "three officials" and "three yuan", which are the gods of early Taoism. Tang Yao is a celestial official, Yu Shun is a local official, and Dayu is a water official. The Taoist scriptures say: God bless the people, local officials forgive sins, and water officials forgive Eritrea.
