Fortune Telling Collection - Ziwei fortune-telling - Wei Zi homemade mv

Wei Zi homemade mv

Hello!

This mainly depends on the purpose of your MV. Generally speaking, if it is not for commercial use, but for personal appreciation, then it is only necessary to indicate the source of the material used in the MV and the author of the song, without seeking the consent of the original copyright owner. However, if the homemade MV is used for profit, it must be authorized by the copyright owner.

China's Copyright Law stipulates that twelve situations belong to fair use. If it does not belong to the following twelve situations, you should consider authorization.
