According to the Bidding for the Commencement of Ningbo Haishu Yuetang East Zone issued by Ningbo Municipal People's Government on February 2, 2023, it can be known that the main demolition plates of Ningbo Haishu Yuetang include Songjiacao area and Hong Xin area, and Haishu Wei Zi New Village is not among them, so it will not be demolished.

After the demolition of Yuetang in Haishu, people's livelihood projects, such as resettlement houses, neighborhood centers, property management and business buildings, were mainly built, with a total investment of 7.5438+0.4 billion.
