When marking an angle in CAD, how to control the inward and outward direction of the arrow of that size?

The method is as follows

Create a new block with the name you want. For example, I built arrow.

There is an arrow in the block as shown below. The base point is at the tip of the arrow.

Then open the label style manager, modify the label style, and select the user arrow in symbols and arrows.

Then find the building block you just built, such as my name is arrow.

Be sure.

Then, you can label it with the modified label style.
