Third, the recruitment conditions

(3) Persons who have received criminal punishment and been expelled from public office, non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities, active servicemen and those who are not allowed to be employed by law are not allowed to apply for the exam, and non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities are not allowed to apply for the exam on the condition of obtaining academic degrees. Four. Recruitment procedure
(A) release recruitment information
Through the website of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security (www.sdhrss.gov.cn), the website of the Provincial Department of Oceans and Fisheries (www.sdhrss.gov.cn) and the website of the Shandong Institute of Marine Resources and Environment (www.sdhykx.cn), the recruitment information will be released to the public.
(2) Registration and qualification examination

2. Qualification examination
Candidates' qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. If the relevant materials and information provided by the candidates are untrue, once found, their qualifications for the examination will be cancelled.
(3) Examination
After approval, the positions for doctoral recruitment are organized by simplified procedures and direct interviews. According to the number of qualified people, determine the people who enter the interview scope. The interview is conducted in the form of defense, which mainly examines the professional level, comprehensive analysis ability, language expression ability and foreign language level. The examination questions are divided into two parts, one is the basic questions of public education (accounting for 30%) and the other is the questions of professional knowledge (accounting for 70%). The interview time for each candidate is generally no more than 30 minutes. The total interview score is 100, and the interview score line is 70. Only those who reach the interview score line can enter the scope of investigation. After the interview of each position, the interviewer will announce the interview results to all the interviewers of the position on the spot.
The interview will be arranged before the end of August, and the specific time and place will be announced separately.
(4) Inspection and physical examination
According to the interview results of candidates, from high score to low score, the candidates who enter the scope of investigation are determined according to the ratio of no more than 1: 1.5, and the investigation is organized. According to the requirements of post conditions, the investigation was conducted by consulting files, checking identities, individual conversations and holding symposiums. , mainly around the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance, to review whether the candidates meet the prescribed post qualifications and whether the relevant information materials provided are true and accurate.
Those who pass the examination will be determined to enter the medical examination scope according to the proportion of the number of recruits 1: 1. Physical examination should generally be carried out in general hospitals at or above the county level. Physical examination standards and items refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (People's Republic of China (PRC) Ministry issued [2005]1No.) and the Notice on Amending the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued [2065]1No.). If re-examination is required according to regulations, it shall not be carried out in the original medical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be carried out 1 time, and the result shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.
Applicants who fail to attend the physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically. Vacancies caused by voluntary abandonment or unqualified medical examination can be filled in equal amounts in turn from those who enter the same post inspection scope.
(5) Employment publicity
Candidates who have passed the examination, inspection and physical examination will be uniformly publicized on the website of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for a period of 7 working days. Publicity without objection, submitted to the Provincial Department of human resources and social security audit record. Those who meet the employment conditions will be issued a Notice of Recruiting Personnel of Public Institutions, and relevant procedures will be handled with the Notice of Recruiting Personnel of Public Institutions. The employing unit and the employed personnel shall sign employment contracts and establish personnel relations in accordance with the regulations. According to the regulations, the employed personnel will be given a probation period, and they will be formally employed after the probation period expires.
