What does the poet Yan mean by "green wine"?

Green wine: ancient indigenous wine, yellow-green in color, was called green wine by poets. The immortal daughter of Feng Yansi in the Southern Tang Dynasty in the Five Dynasties wrote: "A cup of green wine at the spring banquet."

The only green wine in China was brewed by Chen Ding, a squire of Yanglin, in the sixth year of Guangxu reign (AD 1880). This method uses local high-quality spring water, selects high-quality sorghum, wheat, corn, glutinous rice and other grains as raw materials, first brews into mellow Xiaoqu wine, then adds more than ten kinds of Chinese medicines such as Codonopsis pilosula, Fructus Jujubae (an edible plant medicine produced in Yunnan), clove and honey, and finally presents a natural bright green color. Because this wine is very mellow, it is called "Yanglin Fat Wine".
