Lianbei Lake is located on the west bank of the old river in Huyi District, Xi. "North" means pond. This lake is made up of water, so it is called "Lianbei". This is the site of Shanglinyuan in Qin and Han Dynasties and a tourist attraction in Tang Dynasty. Scholars such as Du Fu, Cen Can, Su Shi and Cheng Hao once wrote poems by boating here, which has the reputation of "the first scenic spot in Guanzhong".

On June 25th, 20 14, I came to Qinbei Lake for the first time. It is surrounded by a big village, like a small park. The lake is small and there are few tourists. At that time, I followed the dilapidated bridge to the island in the center of the lake, where Kong Cuitang was the second batch of cultural relics protection units in Shaanxi Province.

In an instant, five years have passed. The original Huxian County has been renamed Huyi District, and Chenpi Lake has also undergone earth-shaking changes. 20 19 1 1.3, I came to Chenpi Lake again. The village has disappeared and the surrounding area is in ruins. The old Little Square is still intact.

In the center of Little Square, there is a statue of Bodhisattva, the King of Earth Treasure. I took off from here in my own DJI Elf 4 drone. When the drone rises into the sky, the line of sight flies over the branches, and the wide lake instantly appears in front of you, which is completely different from the narrow and dilapidated face!

Then, the drone flew to the lake, first flew around the island in the lake for half a circle, and then turned around and flew to the stupa in the distance, and all kinds of landscapes around the whole lake were panoramic. Blue waves, lakes and mountains, better than Jiangnan.

The ecological restoration project of Qinbei Lake water system is the key project in the construction of flood storage and detention area of the old river, and it is also an important node of the "Eight Waters Run Xi 'an" project implemented in Qujiang New District of Xi City, which will restore the water area of about 5,300 mu. Among them, there are 4690 mu in the west bank lake area, 330 mu in the east bank lake area and 280 mu in the river water surface.

It is recorded in Yuanhe County Records that after the expansion of Shanglin Garden by Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, eight rivers in Guanzhong entered Shanglin Garden, and "Fiona Fang Shili" became a part of Shanglin Garden. At that time, Huanpi was called "Xibei" and was one of the top ten ponds in Shanglinyuan.

Sima Xiangru wrote in "Shang Lin Fu": "Sunrise rises in the east marsh and enters the west." It can be seen that the west is vast. In the Tang Dynasty, Beilin was still a big lake. Du Fu once toured Bellin Lake with Cen Can, and his Travels of Bellin described different scenes when the weather changed here.

The Kongcui Hall on the island in the middle of the lake was built in memory of Du Fu. It is also called "Du Gongbu Temple", and its name is taken from the sentence "The silk tube is empty, and Cui is coming" in Journey to the North. On August 3,1,1957, Kong Cuidian was announced by Shaanxi Provincial People's Committee as the second batch of provincial-level cultural relics protection units. April 20 1992, it is no longer a "provincial insurance" unit after revocation.

From the air, the Kongcui Hall has been renovated, but it is not open to the public. In the past, there were only two halls left here, the Xitang built in the Qing Dynasty and the Dongdian built in the Republic of China. Now not only the building has been repaired, but also the yard has been added. A winding bridge connects the island with the shore of the lake.

Zhang Ji, a poet in the Song Dynasty, wrote in "A Tale of Tang Cuichuan": "There are many mountains and rivers in Guanzhong, but Beipi is at the foot of Zhongnan Mountain, and the weather is fine, which is the best place." During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the lake dried up, and A Qing Su Feng's Belin Lake was already a barren land!

Now, after several years' efforts, the beautiful scenery of the south of the Yangtze River, which is like a steady stream of water and a tour of Du Fu's poems and paintings, reappears here. In the future, a demonstration area integrating cultural tourism, leisure and holiday, health and recuperation, entertainment and performing arts will be built here. Let's look forward to it!
