Ziweiyuan cleaning

Yunfu, Guangdong, is a city built on a mountain.

The town is small and slightly closed, people have enough food and clothing, and there are few outsiders in the city.

The mountains and trees here are green and the scenery is smart, just like a big "bonsai" in Guangdong.

After living in Yunfu for more than a week, there is only one way to travel here: climbing mountains.

Go, climb the mountain.

In Yunfu City, there are two places to climb: Nanshan Forest Park and Yunfu Botanical Garden.

Nanshan park, I have described it in my previous travel notes. This one is about Yunfu Botanical Garden.

But for a stranger from other places, Yunfu Botanical Garden is a place full of twists and turns.

Listen to me slowly.

With previous tourism experience, Yunfu Botanical Garden must also be the "garden" of Ma Pingchuan.

Secondly, there are usually lakes, streams, flower beds, grasslands, groves, greenhouses, glass covers, exhibition halls and parent-child gardens ... There are two or three ticket outlets, and everyone queues up to enter from the front door, side door or back door, and that's it-

You see, people always live and form a set of "self-righteous things", and then they can't get rid of this kind of thinking inertia. So, even if the topographic map of the park is in front of me, I still stick to my idea and look for the "park" ...

As a result, the garden was not found, and there was only an old city in front of me.

There are residential areas, convenience stores and restaurants in the city, and roadside stalls sell fruits and vegetables one by one.

The new building and the old building stand alternately. Some dilapidated buildings are exposed, and the residents have moved away, leaving only tenacious plants growing through the cracks in the walls.

Further on, there is a shady asphalt road, which can't tell the city from the country.

Looking along the asphalt road, there are unfathomable mountains at the end.

Looking back now, traveling in Yunfu is like this. It seems that there are mountains at the end of any road and behind any building.

I was in a trance when I saw the sign of "Hexiang Road". Where is the botanical garden?

Ask a few fellow villagers on the side of the road, and the place where I got off at first was indeed Yunfu Botanical Garden.

"You just have to go straight on that road ... yes, that's where you go up ... climb the mountain."

Only then do we know that Yunfu Botanical Garden is not a "garden" in the traditional sense, but a mountain. In Yunfu, you can't define the city's landscape with the concepts inherent in your mind.

Yunfu botanical garden

Standing at this unclear entrance, once again carefully study the direction of the road sign:

On one side is the asphalt road hovering up the mountain;

On one side is the entrance to the swimming pool;

The other side leads to Yunfu City. It is raining lightly in Mao Mao, and there is no one over the green football field;

Next to it is Yunfu Daily.

This is a botanical garden in the true sense of "zero distance from the city".

About Yunfu Botanical Garden, I could have gone straight to the theme of plants, but I finally decided to spend some pen and ink to record this experience, because this is an important experience of Yunfu's trip-about climbing mountains, Yunfu people never need to drive to the suburbs for an hour or two. The mountain in Yunfu is at the door of the house. People in this city can climb a mountain in a short time.

Get down to business.

The whole Yunfu Botanical Garden has at least three entrances.

One is Nanshan mountain bike path, which is more like the road to a small mountain village.

The air is fresh and the breath is hazy.

There is a motorcycle coming head-on, which gives me a back of "leaving home for the city";

One is the main entrance of Yunfu Botanical Garden, in the "crack" of this residential building.

Although there are many forks in the road, each one can reach the top of the mountain;

There is also a "stroll" entrance with a parking lot, which looks more like a park.

I met a handsome boy here, about the same age as Zhu Chaoyang. As soon as he got off his father's car, he stepped on a skateboard all the way up the slope.

I asked him, how many days have you studied? He is confident: he learned this in three days! He is a cute and intelligent junior high school student, a typical Guangdong teenager.

This mountain is not high, which is very suitable for walking, fitness and leisure. It is appropriate to put Yunfu Botanical Garden here.

Mountain roads and plants

Along the mountain, both sides are lush.

Green leaves hang on vines like wind chimes, floating in the wind and making a rustling sound.

The Woods by the roadside are deep, but I don't know how deep. Dark wood stems surrounded by moisture are covered with diamond-like green moss fragments. From time to time, some strange animals cry, which is a bit creepy.

There are some sections where pedestrians are rarely seen. When a figure moves vaguely in the distance, my instinctive subconscious reaction is to protect my bag (cover my face). What should I do if I meet a bad person who "climbs the mountain" in the wild?

After walking along the mountain road for about twenty minutes, I found a place with a wide view.

This is a beautiful town with good air, many mountains and green forests. It's always quiet here, not trying to keep up with the competition, not rushing to catch up, not being moved by noise, not being immersed in glitz, not being disturbed by the outside world.

Yunfu Botanical Garden is obviously a well-dressed mountain.

Here, plants are divided into regions and landscapes, which are arranged on one side of Panshan Road in different categories, each with its own "boundary marker".

Up the hill along the highway, I passed many small gardens:

128 mu There are many litchi trees in the orchard.

Yunfu is rich in southern fruits, such as jackfruit, grapefruit, loquat, longan and litchi ... they are all over Yunfu countryside.

The fruit trees in the Botanical Garden are all organically cultivated and have been claimed by farmers' uncles.

The 43 mu chestnut garden is next to the 49 mu camphor tree garden.

The four seasons are evergreen here, and the trunk is more than ten meters into the sky. It is a plant that can only be seen south of the Yangtze River in China.

The tourist-intensive places in the whole botanical garden include Mulberry Garden, Curious Garden, Baixiang Garden, Mulan Garden, Rose Garden, Weizi Garden and Rare Botanical Garden.

Qiqu Garden is the only place in the Botanical Garden equipped with fitness equipment at present. Cloud smoke cage, color sliding washing.

In the drizzle, aunt cleaning hid from the rain and read a book under the gazebo.

On this side of the mountain, every factory building has a small area.

There are 3 acres of Weizi Garden, 7 acres of mulberry garden and 8 acres of exotic gardens, but dozens of interesting plants are gathered here. Bread trees, mysterious fruits and red fruit trees covered with "pendants" are mainly responsible for pleasing the eyes.

Birds also like this area. Magpie buzzed overhead. I caught it for a long time, but I still caught it.

My personal favorite part of the whole Yunfu Botanical Garden is Baixiang Garden.

Although its area is only 7 mu, there are nearly a thousand spice plants planted on this small hillside. All the fragrant flowers we can think of can be found here. Gardenia, osmanthus, mint and fragrant flowers ... for essential oil lovers, the thought of that smell fascinates them.

This time I visited the botanical garden and learned a lot of new knowledge.

It turns out that Chinese rose, Chinese rose, begonia, plum blossom and cherry blossom are all Rosaceae plants, and many common fruits, such as apple, begonia, pear tree, peach tree, plum, loquat and hawthorn, are also Rosaceae plants.

It turns out that these two common beautiful flowers that can never be named are kapok and Zhu Jin.

In Yunfu Botanical Garden, the bushes were not "squeezed out" because they were inconspicuous, and they were properly arranged in the herb garden.

Including some common Chinese medicines and seasonings: cinnamon, star anise, isatis root and grass coral. ...

There is no greenhouse and vacuum glass, so plants really grow on the roadside and can be touched by reaching out.

Visiting the whole Yunfu Botanical Garden and looking at this topographic map, its landscape level can be said to be clear.

A circle of ornamental plants along the road, the underwater water features like gecko, but also like a struggling little dragon.

At the top of the mountain, I saw this "little dragon", part of which has been built into a swimming pool.

Water slides, swimming pools, adults and children are very lively.

Next to the swimming pool is a flat tea garden. Looking from a distance, the ridges are clear and clear, and tea farmers are like working in a watercolor painting.

There are 4 acres of bamboo forests on the north side of the mountain, just like the yard in the back garden of a big family.

There are more than 40 Zhong Zhulin, towering tall and straight, with a red path, which is a winding and secluded taste.

From time to time, Yunfu people who exercise quickly pass by, swinging their arms. "It is sometimes cool, not windy, in places with dense insects in bamboo forests."

A phoenix tree was planted on the hillside next to the bamboo forest.

This feathery plant is the "city tree" of Yunfu. Unfortunately, I didn't come out out of season and didn't see the red flowers blooming all over the tree.

postscript

This travel book should have been sent out three days ago, but because the travel book of Yunfu Botanical Garden involves some water and soil knowledge and materials, there are not many reference materials about this small town, so I simply went to the library, checked the historical materials about Yunfu, and combined with what I saw and heard, tried to present some exact contents to everyone.

Yunfu Botanical Garden has a planned area of 643 mu, which was still under construction the day I punched in.

After returning from Yunfu tourism, I was lost for a long time: what a livable town it is, as reassuring as a "shell". It would be great if you could carry it around the world during the day and shrink into Yunfu at night.
