Scenic spots in Jiangdu District of Yangzhou

The scenic spots in Jiangdu District of Yangzhou include Shao Bo Ancient Town, Jiangdu Kaiyuan Temple and Jiangdu Park. Jiangdu Park was built in 2007, covering an area of about 1000 mu. Mr. Zhu Lin, the owner of the park, took advantage of his undertaking the landscaping project and invested 654.38+0.5 billion yuan. After several years of careful construction, the park has built the main attractions such as the Dragon and Phoenix, the Pu Shu Tourist Belt, the Weizi Scenic Belt, the water veranda and the rhinoceros looking at the moon.

Shaobo Ancient Town

China is one of the famous historical and cultural towns with a history of 1600 years. In 2008, Shao Bo was included in the fourth batch of famous historical and cultural towns in China. In 20 14, Shaobo Ming and Qing canal ancient road, Shao Bo pier group, Shaobo ancient dike, Shao Bo old ship lock and Huaiyang canal trunk line (Shao Bo section) were listed in the World Heritage Protection List of China Grand Canal, and Shao Bo ancient town is the place with the most heritage along the Grand Canal. Shao Bo Old Street was built in Kangxi period of Qing Dynasty. The pavement of the ancient street is paved with nearly ten thousand green stones, stretching for more than three miles. This stone street used to be a dirt road, so it is inconvenient to walk in rainy days. Later, through private fund-raising, this flat stone pavement was laid, and there was no water in rainy days and no dust in sunny days.

Jiangdu kaiyuan temple

Kaiyuan Temple, originally located more than 200 meters west of Yongji Bridge in Jiangduqiao Town, was built in the second year of Kaiyuan in Tang Dynasty (7 14), hence the name. The name of this temple was inscribed by the great calligrapher Li Yong. The temple consists of the mountain gate, the Hall of Ursa Major, the Guanyin Pavilion and the South Building. It is tall, magnificent and majestic.
