In order to effectively prevent and contain the occurrence of forest fires, and effectively protect the ecological resources and people's lives and property, according to the Regulations on Forest Fire Prevention and the Measures for Forest Fire Prevention in Anhui Province, the forest fire prevention ban is hereby issued:

1. Fire ban time: from now until April 30, 2023.

2. No-fire area: all forest areas within the city and within 200 meters of the forest edge.

Three, no fire zone, prohibit the following wild fire behavior:

(a) Burning paper, incense and candles in front of graves;

(2) Setting off fireworks, lanterns, etc. ;

(3) Smoking, picnicking, barbecuing, making a fire to keep warm, etc. ;

(4) Carrying inflammable and explosive articles and setting up power grids without permission. ;

(5) Burning mountains, wasteland, garbage, straw and ridges, etc.;

(six) all illegal use of fire in the wild and other acts that may cause forest fires.

Four, forest and woodland management (management) units and individuals, in their business (management) within the scope of forest fire prevention responsibility.

Five, vehicles and personnel entering the forest area, should consciously accept the registration and inspection of the local people's government forest fire prevention institutions, any unit or individual shall not refuse or hinder. During this period, those who refuse to implement this fire ban will be punished according to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Forest Fire Prevention, and those who constitute a crime will be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
