How to convert negative energy into positive energy

The greatest achievement in life is tolerance. It is not cowardice or forbearance, but observing people's difficulties, supplementing people's shortcomings, developing people's advantages and forgiving people's mistakes, instead of being jealous of people's talents, my ability, satirizing people's shortcomings and blaming people's mistakes. Tolerance is a state of affirming oneself, accepting others, and being kind to life and others. Behind tolerance is love and strength, and a broad mind.

If the heart cares, there is resentment everywhere; If you relax, it is always spring. If you want to care about anyone, everything can satisfy you. People live a lifetime, the most important thing is a stable and peaceful attitude, why bother yourself. The heart is one inch wide and the road is ten feet wide. If there is no broadmindedness like the sea, there will be no peace in life.

Some things will happen whether we like it or not; Some people have to face it whether we like it or not. Everything and people you meet in your life, whether you like it or not, will come when it is time, and you have no choice but to escape.
