5. Not all fruits and vegetables are suitable for air-conditioned cold storage, but with the cooperation of air-conditioned cold storage, most fruits and vegetables can meet the storage needs. For example, red dates and kiwis are not suitable for cold storage, but they are suitable for modified atmosphere, while berries and mushrooms such as strawberries and blueberries are neither suitable for cold storage nor modified atmosphere.
