Is Guangdong Ziweixing a pyramid scheme?

Ziweixing is not a pyramid scheme, but there are thousands of specialty stores and service stations selling medical devices and health care products. As far as I know, these stores will not admit to selling medical devices if they are inspected. However, these stores basically have no medical device business license. Most shops do not have health care products business licenses. Therefore, these stores under Ziweixing are basically illegal sales. If you buy their products, you can report to the local US Food and Drug Administration and ask for a refund.
