"Enzyme" sounds like a new concept, but it's nothing new. It's just the Japanese name of "Enzyme". Enzymes are catalysts for various biochemical reactions, which provide power for cell activities. It is not a substance. There are thousands of enzymes in human body alone, and its main component is protein. These "small assistants" perform their duties in the human body and participate in different chemical reactions.

But similar to a locked key, the catalysis of enzyme is specific, and one enzyme can only catalyze a specific chemical reaction. For example, salivary amylase in oral saliva only catalyzes the hydrolysis of starch-when you chew rice, it catalyzes the hydrolysis of starch into maltose, and then you will feel very sweet. But it is impossible to keep salivary amylase working in the stomach. When food flows through the gastrointestinal tract, there will be catalytic decomposition of pepsin, trypsin and so on. In other words, no enzyme is the "almighty king". Under normal circumstances, the enzymes in the human body are in a dynamic balance, neither more nor less, and no additional supplement is needed.
