Where is Nanyan Village?

Nanyan Village is located in the east of Xiying Town, with a population of 446, and governs two natural villages, Nanyan and Gangbei. There are 24 party member Party branches in Nanyan, including 4 female party member. Due to the remote geographical location and inconvenient transportation, the villagers all take farming as the leading industry, and the village Committee has no other economic income.

Nanyan Village is adjacent to Baonao Village, Cuijialing Village, Yi Jie Village, Maanshan Village, Chengdi Village, Guojiaao Village, Qu Feng Village, Huaguai Village, Nanping Village, South Zhang Cun Village, Head Village, Wubei Village, Niulanghe Village and Xiying Village.

Nanyan Wulong Temple

Southern Yan Wulong Temple is located at the northern end of Southern Yan Village, Xiying Town, Xiangyuan County. Sitting east facing west, it enters the courtyard layout, with a length of 25 meters from east to west, a width of 19.5 meters from north to south and an area of 487.5 square meters. Date of creation is unknown. According to the inscription "Qing Jiaqing rebuilt Wei Ziting for meritorious service" in the temple, the purlin of the main hall was engraved.
