Different from the cooperation between Hunan Satellite TV and Qinghai Satellite TV, Ningxia Satellite TV provides technology and signal transmission, and the content production and operation are all undertaken and provided by CBN.

As for why Hunan Satellite TV and Qinghai Satellite TV terminated their cooperation, neither side gave an answer publicly. Qinghai Satellite TV only said "to build a Qinghai Satellite TV that truly belongs to Qinghai". Ningxia Satellite TV, which broke up with CBN, also said that "a brand-new Ningxia Satellite TV will be presented to the national audience".

According to reports, Hunan Satellite TV has cooperated with Qinghai Satellite TV for three years, and Hunan has no profit return. CBN cooperated with Ningxia Satellite TV for nearly five years, and Shanghai also paid an "expensive" price.

The only two cases of "cross-regional TV integration", which was once favored by the media industry, ended in terminating the cooperation one year in advance.
