Why can't you use a pathetic expression pack when you meet someone?

You can use a pathetic expression pack when you meet someone.

1. Chat with friends first, and click on the black part in the lower right corner of the light encounter interface.

2. Secondly, click the chat button to enter the text, and you can see your friends around.

3. Finally, click Add New Keyboard below, find the emoji in the new keyboard, and then click Add Poor Emoji Package.
