First, the preparation work before departure?
1, check whether the curing agent in the curing agent bottle is sufficient; Adjust the curing agent to an appropriate ratio. ?
A the liquid level of curing agent in the injection bottle is two centimeters higher than the outlet of curing agent, so as to keep the hydraulic pressure of curing agent constant. ?
B, when filling curing agent, remove the curing agent bottle from the curing agent bracket for safe operation. When the curing agent bottle is on the bracket, it is not allowed to dump, so as not to endanger personal safety.
2. Check whether the gel coat resin is sufficient. ?
Prepare the resin and gel coat system as required, and fully stir. If the room temperature is low, preheat the gel coat system to the ideal temperature. (The temperature of gel coat resin system should not be higher than 40℃, so as to avoid the self-polymerization reaction of resin gel coat system caused by too high temperature. )
3. Check whether the lubricating oil in gel coat pump and curing agent pump is deteriorated. If it deteriorates, it must be replaced with new lubricating oil.
4. Check whether the gel coat pump and curing agent pump are in reflux state.
5. Check whether all switches and protections are closed.
6. Install the nozzle pad, nozzle, nozzle sleeve and outer cover on the spray gun in turn. During installation, care should be taken to maintain lubrication between components. ? Note: the outer cover can only be tightened by hand, and it is not allowed to be assembled or disassembled with pliers or wrenches. When the thread is clean and lubricated, it is easy to install by hand. Using pliers and wrenches is likely to destroy the thread and the gun head. ?
Second, the equipment operation:
1. Turn on the air source and open the air. ?
Gas source requirements: water-free, oil-free, pressure 0.7MPA.
2. Adjust the atomizing pressure of curing agent and the pressure of protective gas (AAC) to the working pressure.
3. Slowly increase the pressure of the gel coat pump for gel coat reflux. After the gel coat reflux is stable, turn off the gel coat reflux switch and adjust the pressure of the gel coat pump to the working pressure.
4. When the gel coat is closed, turn off the reflux switch of the curing agent pump at the same time. After the gel coat pump is stable, the curing agent meter should have appropriate pressure.
5. Open the spray gun for spraying, and check whether the spraying straightness is normal. By adjusting the pressure of gel pump, you can get perfect spray linearity. ?
Attention:?
A. The spraying of curing agent and gel coat should be synchronized, otherwise it will cause uneven curing of products. The synchronization of output can be controlled by adjusting the nut. ?
B, don't touch when pulling the trigger, must be a button in place.
6. After all spraying work is completed, turn on the reflux switches of the curing agent pump and the gel coat pump, and at the same time, lower the gel coat pump to the lowest point. (When the gel pump rises to the highest point, you can wipe the shaft of the pump body with a piece of cotton cloth soaked in acetone. )
7. Turn off the main air supply.
8. Remove the nozzle, cover and other parts on the gun head, carefully clean them, and apply vaseline to keep them lubricated.

Third, the equipment maintenance
1. When installing, the spray gun should be coated with vaseline to keep lubrication and reduce the loss of parts.
2. The lubricating oil in the oil cup of the gel coat pump should be changed regularly, and the curing agent pump needs to change the lubricating oil every two days.
3. Regularly check whether the sealing ring on the gun head is damaged; If it is damaged, please replace it immediately.
If the equipment is used every day, there is no need to clean the whole system. If it is not used for a week, the resin in the system should be emptied and cleaned with acetone. If it is not used for a long time, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the resin pipeline with acetone and drain the curing agent pipeline.
5. The parts on the spray gun need regular maintenance and lubrication, and the static mixer should also be checked regularly. ?
Fourth, some matters needing attention
1. Never immerse the spray gun in any solvent.
2. Before the backflow of gel coat resin is unstable, the pressure of gel coat pump body should not be too high. ?
3. Before equipment maintenance, the raw materials in the pipeline must be emptied. ?
4. It is absolutely forbidden for the gun head to hit the ground, which will damage the gun head and gun mouth. ?

A, fully stir in the original barrel or pour into the gel coat storage tank. ?
B, after stirring, let it stand for a few minutes before use, so as to release bubbles. ?
C, spraying, spraying from the edge of the mold, moving evenly, spraying continuously, covering 30% in parallel. For the corners, right angles and other positions on the mold surface that are difficult to spray, spray should be carried out first, and then spray should be carried out in a large area, and the moving speed of the spray gun should be uniform. For the first time, the gel coat on the whole surface should be uniform in thickness, and for the second time, the product part should be slightly thicker than the gel coat on the skirt part. ?
D, when spraying, the vertical distance between the nozzle and the mold is maintained at 50-80cm. ?
E, spray for two or three times. For deep grooves, it is recommended to use a brush to supplement the operation. The thickness of the finished gel coat is controlled at 0.4-0.6 mm?
F, grid spraying should be outside the edge of the mold. ?
G, when the environmental humidity is greater than 80%, it is suggested to suspend the construction of gel coat. ?
H, it is recommended to preheat in winter, and the temperature should not exceed 35 degrees.
