Why are there so many landless peasants and a lot of wasteland?

In other words, the contract law does not clearly stipulate that the developer has the right to recover the abandoned land. As a result, it is difficult to link up the provisions in the land management law in actual implementation!

The second reason is the particularity of rural society. Since the legal provisions are vague, and they are all acquaintances in the village, it is better to do one more thing when implementing them in that place.

Furthermore, from the land policy of the country in recent years (including separation of powers, land confirmation, collective land entering the market, homestead entering the market, etc.), we can also see that the country only wants to revitalize rural assets through land transfer, and land abandonment is obviously hindering this process. ...

Why is there a shortage of migrant workers?
