Two stations of Xi Metro Line 2 were renamed.

The two stations of Xi Metro Line 2 were renamed: the original Sports Park Station was renamed Fengcheng No.10 Road Station, and the original Convention and Exhibition Center Station was renamed TV Tower Station.

The subway station of Sports Park was renamed Fengcheng No.10 Road, which is the nearest two subway entrances to Xi Sports Park. At present, it has been put into operation, that is, Xi 'an Metro Line 2, administrative center subway stations, A2 and A3, all of which can directly reach the interior of Xi 'an City Sports Park, which is very convenient.

The subway station of the Convention and Exhibition Center was renamed as the TV Tower. The original Xi 'an Qujiang International Convention and Exhibition Center has been demolished, and the landmark Xi 'an Qujiang Cultural and Business Center is under construction at the project site. Today, the An International Convention and Exhibition Center in Chanba Ecological Zone has been officially put into operation.

Xi Metro Line 2 started construction on September 29th, 2006. The northern section of the first phase project (Xi 'an North Station to Convention and Exhibition Center Station) was opened to traffic on September 29th, 2016, and the southern section of the first phase project (Convention and Exhibition Center Station to Quweinan Station) was opened to traffic on June 6th, 20 14.

Train culture

On June 18 and 19, Xi Metro Line 2 launched the "tang style Poetry and Rhyme Culture Train", with the theme of "Entering the Tang Dynasty", with six series of theme styles.

They are "prosperous Chang 'an", "childlike Chang 'an", "happy tour of Chang 'an", "poetic Chang 'an", "thinking about Chang 'an" and "looking up to Chang 'an", which are divided into six carriages in turn, creating a "grand scene of the prosperous Tang Dynasty" for citizens and tourists from different dimensions, different scenes and different structures.

On May 8, 2020, the "Civilized Xi 'an" and "Xi 'an Model" subway trains jointly built by the Civilization Office of Xi Municipal Committee and Xi 'an Rail Group all rolled off the assembly line. The "Civilized Xi 'an" special train is located in Metro Line 2, showing six themes: National Games, Civilized Behavior, Civilized Tourism, Green Environmental Protection, Civilized Transportation and Volunteer Service.
