How to add artificial voice to clips?

Take Huawei P40, EMUI 10 and clipping 5.4.0 as examples:

1. Open the cut, click Start Creation, select the prepared video, click Add, and slide the video to the place where artificial voice needs to be added.

2. Click on the text, click on the new text, enter the text, click on the tick next to it, adjust the position of the text, click on the following text to read aloud, select the appropriate character timbre, click on the audition, click on the tick next to it, and click on the play.
