How to refund the online laundry fee

You can get a refund at the customer service center of U-Net Laundry.

Enter the U-Net Laundry Customer Service Center, you can see the option of warranty refund, which will tell you how to refund, and then explain the reason for the refund. After customer service review, you can refund the fee. Open the U-Net APP, click on my customer service center, and then click on online customer service to explain the reason for the refund. If you have any questions, you can also click on the lower left corner to transfer to manual customer service.
