Huilongpu Community is located in the north of Longping West Road and east of Changxing North Road (bounded by Longping West Road and Changxing North Road). West to Fenggang intersection (the northern passage is bounded by Longping West Road); South to Longping West Road (the junction of Fenggang and Changxing North Road); North to Dawoling (bounded by Fenggangjie and Changxing North Road). The total area of the jurisdiction is 4. 13 square kilometers, and it has jurisdiction over six residential groups, namely, Jiaohuan, Scar I, Scar II, Scar IV, Songyuantou and Lao Wei, and six garden club, namely, Central Yuecheng, Changjiang Garden, Huaye Rose County, Merchants Yishan County, Vanke Hanlin City and Green Park, with a total population of about 25,000, of which the original registered population is 9/kloc-0.
