(1) Adjustment of the front and rear position of the seat Adjust the front and rear position of the seat to make the distance between the car body and the steering wheel, clutch pedal, brake pedal and accelerator pedal appropriate, so that it is convenient and flexible to turn the steering wheel with both hands, and the legs can bend freely and flexibly. The adjustment method is: lift the adjustment handle at the lower right of the seat and remove the fixing device, so that the seat can move back and forth. After adjusting the position, loosen the adjusting handle to fix the seat, as shown in Figure 4- 10.

(2) Adjustment of backrest angle Adjust the angle of the seat backrest to make the seat backrest support the waist, and don't let the waist droop when leaning back, so as to reduce the fatigue when driving. The adjustment method is: turn the adjustment button on the left side of the seat and adjust it according to your body shape. The maximum dip angle is 1-2. When adjusting, use the strength of the back to adjust the reclining angle until the palm can hold the upper end of the steering wheel, as shown in Figure 4- 1 1.

(3) Adjustment of headrest height In order to better protect the driver's neck, the headrest of the car seat should be adjusted to a suitable position. There are two kinds of car seat headrest: manual adjustment and automatic adjustment. Manual adjustment can only adjust the height in one direction, and automatic adjustment can automatically adjust in two dimensions. The adjustment method of headrest is not complicated. Adjust the height of the headrest to match the eyebrows. If it is too low, it is easy to cause head and neck injuries. The distance between the back of the head and the headrest should be as close as possible, preferably not more than 10 cm. If it is an adjustable headrest with locking function, the position of the headrest after adjustment must be locked to avoid displacement during collision.
