At present, the epidemic situation in COVID-19 has been effectively controlled and the prevention and control situation is stable. In order to better meet the religious needs of believers and tourists, Wanshou Palace in Xishan has been opened in an orderly manner since 2021128 (October 24th of the lunar calendar). The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Opening hours are 8:00- 17:00 every day. Please avoid the rush hour and keep a social distance of one meter.

Second, please take the initiative to scan the "one code pass" of Wanshou Palace epidemic prevention. Those who don't have the "induction code" should bring valid certificates and register with the staff before entering.

Third, please wear a mask consciously and cooperate with temperature measurement. Those who don't wear masks and have abnormal body temperature are not allowed to enter.

4. All personnel enter from the entrance of Wanshou Palace and exit from the emergency passage of the temple fair. Please don't stay in the palace for long.

Please consciously obey the on-site management of employees.

Xishan Wanshou Palace Xishan Wanshou Palace was built in the first year of Taiyuan in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (376). Formerly known as Xu Xiandong, it was changed to a curtain view in the Southern and Northern Dynasties. In the third year of Song Zhenzong Dazhong Xiangfu (10 10), it was upgraded to a palace, and the emperor personally inscribed the "Jade Dragon Longevity Palace". In the sixth year of Zheng He (1 1 16), Hui Zong ordered it to be rebuilt on the basis of worshipping blessings in Xijing, and built the main hall, Sanqing Hall, Laozu Hall, Mother Hall, Orchid Palace, Xuanzong Hall, Jade Emperor, Wei Zi, Sanguan and Zhao. In the 15th year of Zhengde, Wudong, Ming Dynasty (1520), the emperor inscribed "Miaoji Wanshou Palace", which greatly repaired the palace building and added Guandi Pavilion and Palace Gate in Qing Dynasty. Later abandoned, there were still five halls, courtyard walls, mountain gates and instrument doors when it was liberated.

Inside the palace gate, the glazed tiles in the main hall are painted with double eaves, resplendent and magnificent. In the embroidered gold curtain, the statue of the true monarch sits in the middle, with a brass head and a weight of 500 Jin. 12 Real people stand on both sides, Martin and Guo Pu stand in front of the altar. In front of Gao Mingtang and other three halls, six towering Cooper trees are old and vigorous, and the seasons are evergreen. According to legend, the biggest one was planted by Xu Zhenjun himself. The octagonal well on the left side of the palace gate is said to be an iron column cast by Xu Zhenjun, which is connected with the earth vein to avoid flooding.

Highlight: The palace is resplendent and magnificent, and the cigarettes in the palace curl up and look solemn.
