How does SketchUp make a model of Flower Sea Bamboo Pavilion? Operation method of SketchUp making flower sea bamboo pavilion model back to the pavilion

Sketchup creative process can not only fully express the designer's ideas, but also fully meet the needs of instant communication with customers. It urges designers to make very intuitive ideas directly on the computer, and it is an excellent tool for creating three-dimensional design schemes. If you are teaching yourself sketch masters, you must take a look at this course. Sketchup course includes basic introduction, intermediate promotion and advanced development.

Step 1: Import the picture into SketchUp, mainly for reference. This exhibition hall can be divided into two halves, mainly distributing structural lines.

Step 2: According to the reference diagram, we can see that the projection models of the target model on the plane are a little staggered, so we should start from this step. Draw a circle on a plane, reduce it to a certain proportion in one direction and create it as a group. Draw a circle at an appropriate position and determine the position of the center of the circle with a straight line for reference.

Step 3: Outside the group, draw a circle in the same picture with the help of the reference picture just drawn. In the JHS toolbar -JHSPOWERBAR(CadFather), draw a plane to pull the circular edge out of the height, then select the upper edge, and use the zoom tool to enlarge it appropriately and evenly, thus creating a trapezoidal surface. Draw a slightly larger circle on the horizontal plane, and then determine the height of the curve with vertical lines on both sides.

Step 4: Draw a rectangle with the top vertex and center of two vertical lines. At this time, the intersection of rectangular and trapezoidal surfaces can be drawn with the help of a straight line tool or created by using a model. Then draw a radius line on the plane and copy it several times by using the rotary copy function of the rotary tool to divide the bottom circle into uniform parts.

Step 5: In space, draw a curve and create a group with the help of -BezierSpline plug-in, and pull the curve out of a surface. It can be seen that there is an intersection line when the surface intersects the trapezoidal surface, which is obtained by interlacing the models.

Step 6: Select the curves obtained by intersecting some arcs on the model and plane, and create a group together. Double-click to enter the group, edit the object, select all, and right-click to turn it into a polyline with a fixed number of segments. At this time, the model boundary of the inner ring has been completed 1/4. Finally, move and copy the created model for later use.

Step 7: Similarly, in the outer ring, first explode the elliptical surface, pull out the elliptical line vertically, and draw two vertical lines with different heights at both ends of the central axis parallel to the red axis.

Step 8: Draw a curve with the help of these two vertical lines and the edge of the ellipse, which is consistent with the previous one. Pull out a surface to intersect with an elliptic surface, and use the model to get the intersection curve. After blasting the model, delete the redundant lines. It is important to draw a crosshair on the center of the plane and divide the ellipse into four parts.

Step 9: Convert each curve into a multi-segment line with a fixed number of segments.

Step 10: Next, draw a rectangle on the facade, create a group, use it as a reference plane, and move it to the center of the circle. At this point, the reference plane and the drawn curve have corresponding intersections, and two arcs are drawn by using these intersections. Similarly, after rotating the reference plane by 90 degrees with the center of the circle as the rotation center, draw two arcs. At present, all structural edges have been created.

Step 1 1: The previous preparations are done, and the next step is to generate the model structure line. First, copy several copies of the generated structural edge. Because the target model is symmetrical, only half of the structural edges need to be copied. As shown in the following figure, half of the structural edges are copied, one for generating surfaces and the other for extracting structural lines. Of course, what is indispensable here is the Loft lofting -Curviloft plug-in, which uses the third type of outline lofting.

Step 12: merge the generated structural lines and surfaces respectively and make a copy for later use. Create one of the surface sandblasting models into a group to soften the edges.

Step 13: Elliptic reference plane is also used here. According to the reference diagram, the vertical projection of the target model is as follows, and its edge is drawn by the -BezierSpline plug-in. You can watch the video below for details.

Step 14: Then push and pull the drawn graph to a certain height, completely intersect with the surface group object, and use the model to get a new surface. Remember to create the remaining parts into groups after blasting the model and deleting waste lines.

Step 15: Next, use the Loft Loft-curvi Loft plug-in to extract two annular structural lines and two annular edges. Move it to the position corresponding to the central reference point.

Step 16: Edit each group of objects separately, and transform the structural lines into cylindrical and bamboo-like structures. For this surface, the combined push-pull tool of Super Push-Pull Interaction (Fredo) is used to push and pull the thickness.

Step 17: Finally, all the objects * * * are created as a group to avoid errors when modifying the model and hide the redundant group objects. Finally, simply give the model a material.
