1996 weizi garden project, the first appearance of Wei Zi real estate, created a precedent for Xi real estate industry to create a green community environment. Weizi Garden Project was rated as the best-selling real estate in Xi, creating the highest annual sales record.

From 65438 to 0999, the Western Electronic Mall built by Comrade Han Hongli won the "Luban Award" from the Ministry of Construction of Shaanxi Province. In 2003, the Weizi Garden City project successfully completed the occupancy of more than 4,000 owners, creating a national record of delivery in a single month. The brand value of Wei Zi Real Estate at that time reached11030,000 yuan, which was appraised by the national authority. The following year, more than 10,000 houses were delivered.
